General Artwork Requirements
All digital artwork must be set up using one of the following applications:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- QuarkXPress
Please keep in mind that the Systemax Art Department uses InDesign for Macintosh as its primary page-layout program.
A PDF proof of final artwork should be submitted along with orginal artwork files.
All raster (resolution dependent) files must be set up at 300 dpi at 100% final print size.
All artwork should be submitted in CMYK. Files supplied as RGB will be converted to CMYK, which could produce unexpected results.

| QuarkXPress | 6.0 - 7.3 | .qxd | Perform "Collect for Output" and submit all linked fonts and artwork files. |
Unacceptable Applications and Formats
- Any and all Microsoft products
- Pagemaker
- Any images taken from a website, including your own.
- PDF Files
