If you are setting up artwork to be print-ready:
- Final setup size is 16.5" x 44.5". Artwork should be set up at 100% size.
- Live area is 16" x 44" with 0.25" bleed on all sides.
- Artwork resoultion must be at least 150 dpi at 100% size.
- Artwork may be created using Photoshop (.tif or .psd), Illustrator (.eps), InDesign or Quark
- All artwork will be converted to CMYK.
- Perform "Collect for Output" (Quark) or "Preflight and Package" (InDesign) and include all linked fonts and image files.
- For .eps files, include all placed image files separately. Do not embed images files.
- If you would prefer not to submit fonts, please convert all text to outlines.
- We do not recommend submitting PDF files. If that is your only option, output the PDF file as "Press Quality", assure all fonts have been converted to outlines, and include originals of images files.
If we are creating artwork and you are submitting a logo or images to be used:
- Logos in .eps or .ai format. Please convert all text to outlines.
- Do not place raster images into Illustrator.
- Image files must be at least 300 dpi and as large as possible. For example, if you want to use a graphic on your banner, a 5" x 7" will look very small on a 16" x 44" banner. Keep this in mind when purchasing images and select XLarge or XXLarge.
- We cannot accept images taken with your digital camera.
- Logos in .eps or .ai format. Please convert all text to outlines.
- Do not place raster images into Illustrator.
